Big idea: Here the general purpose of the tool will be described. Since it is connected to Risk Management, it might be touched a bit upon.

Application: Here I will describe how to use the tool in a project. Both going into how to actually make a RBD Chart, but also how to read it and apply it as a project manager. Writing about in what context it makes sense to apply it or what type of project it proves to be very effective.

Limitations: I will write about strengths and weaknesses of the tool. When the tool should be used and not used. How it relates to the standards of project management. I will try to add other similar tools, that can be used instead of or in addition to the RBD Chart.
