Abstract
Work Breakdown structure(WBS) is a widely applied tool in the field of project management that allows us to visually see the work that is needed in order to complete a project. The bottom line is by using a work breakdown structure it decreases the number of unexpected situations and enhances the ability to better estimate future projects.
