	This article is an application oriented in-depth description of the Project Network Diagram tool (PND tool). The PND tool is very useful for a project manager when the manager needs an overview of how different assignments in a project should be prioritized. Also, the PND can give the manager a clear view of the overall duration of the project, together with the critical path of the project, which is very helpful when one needs to keep important deadlines.
