There should be taken in to account factors as: project uncertainties, project size, stage in the project life time cycle. Trade agreements will have influence on the future work in the project coalition. Depending on the client business model, experience and capabilities, project coalition should be adopted. The mission and purpose of the coalition must be precisely stated, so that project participants will fully comprehend the nature of their commitment. All these factors contribute to further cooperation and project success.
