	This article considers the analysis of the current state. A throughout analysis of the current state in the beginning of a project can save the project managers and other involved people a lot time in the long run of the project. Using the simple tools reviewed in this article as a part of the situation analysis it is possible to gain a very good overview of complex structures, beneficial for project and program management and people in project groups. The tool can be used to make an overview of communications, stakeholders and flows of different resources and is very simple to use.
